Right now, there’s this idea that the world has gone insane, or that we are in the end of days.
But, all you have to do is step back into different time periods to discover this idea has been floating around since before any of the problems we have now even existed.
Read history, some really insane things have happened by today's standard, and the public perception has always been the same “The world has gone mad!”. For example, public executions used to be a thing…imagine when that was first introduced, what the world thought then.
History gives you more perspective to the current problems we face. Although I agree there are many agendas in play, mass manipulation, mainstream media psyops, indoctrination of the youth and more…it has always been this way. We have had periods like this in the past, just in different ways, there’s a saying “History doesn’t repeat itself but it rhymes.” That is the cyclical nature of things.
Human ideas, expression and desire for control have always existed, they just manifest in different forms given enough time.
Problems always exist. “Once you solve your biggest problem, you’ll receive another one in its place.”
A truth that is universally difficult to confront.
To make progress, we must solve harder and harder problems in sequence.
Even without the concept of progress, this statement is true.
To look forward is to look forward to the next problem.
So how do we fix it?
The acknowledgement of progress.
Acknowledging we have made progress is the first step to making more.
“Every problem, every dilemma, every dead end we find ourselves facing in life, only appears unsolvable inside a particular frame or point of view. Enlarge the box, or create another frame around the data, and problems vanish, while new opportunities appear.”
Kevin Kelly says, if we can create 1% more than we destroy every year, we are making progress, that’s the genius of compound interest.
So yes, we have some new problems, who’s to say they’re larger than ones we’ve previously faced, but remember with bad comes good and with good comes bad, so, we also have some amazing solutions.
Be optimistic. You have to imagine things will work out and believe they will work out, in order for it to. That is what spurs action. This is the 1% of creation.
We live in the best Time period EVER.
In History. Take advantage of it. If you only take away one thing from this, let it be this:
Opportunity knocks at your door, you open it through filtering through the abundance of information available at your fingertips and executing on that.
You can either look at the world through the lens of misery and shame (low vibrational) or you can be optimistic, and see that despite the chaos, there lies an opportunity for you to leave your mark on the world, and be a part of that 1% of creation every year.
The world may very well be mad, but you only see the world how you see yourself, or more accurately, you see what you focus on.
Ignore the noise, go back to work, find a way to impact people positively, and experiment until you find your “purpose”. Say yes to everything, until the vehicle comes along that allows you to say No to everything.

Quote of the Week
"Highly focused people do not leave their options open. They select their priorities and are comfortable ignoring the rest. If you commit to nothing, you’ll be distracted by everything."

until next time 🤞🏽
